What happens if you get into an accident without car insurance in MA?

    supsended license, and a lot of trouble. The other guys insurance will pay for his/her car but they can sue in court to recover the damages, garnish wages, etc til the money is recovered back plus any injury.

    Serious problems never drive without insurance.
